Lubbock SWAT robot breaks hotel window, fires gas, runs over man

The Lubbock County SWAT team tried to arrest Felix Delarosa for a parole violation. He had previously been incarcerated for drug-related offenses.
Police tracked him down to a hotel and tried to arrest him. He locked himself into the hotel room and SWAT arrived. They dispatched a robot, breaking a window. Delarosa threw a sheet over the robot, but the robot nevertheless fired gas into the room. Overcome by the chemical fumes, Delarosa climbed out of the window, where the robot cornered him, and ran over him.
