Off-duty Officer Alex Sinclair, 34, from Cleveland PD fired a shot into a car window when he engaged in a personal domestic dispute that started off-campus that the officer brought on campus. The school was locked down and Officer Sinclair was arrested. He is accused of felonious assault, kidnapping and the discharge of a firearm on a prohibited premise
