Officer Andrew Jones, 36, former Federal Bureau of Prisons (FBOP) correctional officer was sentenced today to 96 months for sexually abusing multiple female inmates and making false statements while he was a correctional officer at the Federal Correctional Institution (FCI) at Dublin, California. When DOJ began investighating the alleged rapes of female inmates, the question became “which one?” DOJ found eight rapists among the correctional officers in the Dublin, CA prison.
Officer Darryl Wayne Smith, 54, former correctional officer at FCI Dublin was arrested and taken to court in May of 2023 for rape and sodomy and other forms of aggravated sexual abuse.
