Correctional officer Zachary Alvarenga Was accused of domestic abuse and kidnapping. Police arrived and he fled in a vehicle. After a lengthy series of vehicle chases during which pursuing police and officer Alvarenga aged in a shootout while driving, police disabled his vehicle and shot and killed him when he fled on foot.
