OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
Trooper Zachary Fink chased a vehicle that refused to stop and ran his cruiser into a tractor trailer and died during the chase. The trooper chased a fleeing vehicle via U-turn head-on into oncoming traffic where Trooper Fink hit the 18-wheeler head-on. The truck driver also died.
