Deputy Ryan Clinkunbroomer, a third generation LASD deputy, was found shot to death in his patrol car in front of the Sheriff’s station in Palmdale. A man was arrested and blamed for the shooting. Kevin Cataneo Salazar, 29, was arrested for the killing. He had a known history of schizophrenia and hearing voices.
