For undisclosed reasons, the Cherokee Nation Marshals Service came to arrest Francis Englebright. He allegedly showed a weapon, then barricaded himself into his home. He finally came out to confront the agents and was executed by a SWAT team. The federal service did not disclose whether he had been armed or threatening and did not release any BWC video.
