Police responded to a call that a man felt threatened. When they arrived, Jose Palacios Pascacio was allegedly driving a car toward them and police escalated a chase. The man‘s car veered off the roadway. When police approached, he was gone and found in a residence he had walked into. When police closed in on him, he allegedly stabbed a police dog and was shot and killed. The dog survived. It is unknown why he ran.
