Tangipahoa deputies arrived at a call about a woman being threatened by a man whom she knew. Police allege that they arrived and Randall Bass locked himself inside of his car. Police claim that he told police he had an explosive and also fired a shot in the air, exited the vehicle with a pack and a rifle. Deputies shot and killed him. No video or eyewitnesses to confirm the police narrative can be found.
