Keith Murriel was in front of the Extended Stay hotel when police got complaints about his presence. Officer Kenya McCarty walked up to him and ordered him to leave. BWC captured her using foul language and an aggressive stance. She began threatening him with a taser when he did not leave immediately. Murriel was attacked, tasered continuously with 3 cops on top of him, died. He was reportedly tasered at least 50 times before he died. Officer Kenya McCarty was fired.
