Llano County deputies responded to a “man with a gun” call. During a domestic argument, the caller had left the home and said her husband had grabbed a gun. She later heard a gunshot, was concerned and called police. Llano deputies arrived and approached Justin Harrod but he refused to cooperate with their demands. Deputies then shot and killed him. It is unknown whether he had any weapons or why police felt threatened by him. No video or eyewitness statements can be found to corroborate the police narrative of events.
