After a hangup call to 911, police arrived and found Mauricio Cisneros in mental health distress with a knife. He asked for help and wanted an ambulance but did not put the knife down on command. Police tasered him and escalated the situation and allege that he moved toward them erratically with the knife whereupon they shot and killed him.
