Brian Taylor shot and killed his wife Linda with a rifle during a domestic dispute. He then fled, shooting at a passing truck and then went to his 52-year-old sister, Andrea Meek's home, shot and killed her, stole a four-wheeler and fled. He fired at 3 more vehicles and several houses. He finally saw a man walking toward a hunting cabin on SR 239 north and shot and killed him. Columbia County and PSP Troopers from Lycoming County responded and he opened fire at the troopers. They shot and killed him.
