Yavapai County deputies responded to a wife’s call that her husband was shooting the ceiling and preparing to ambush law enforcement. Police amassed a large response of Yavapai deputies, SWAT and DPS and allege when they arrived, Thomas Henzler walked toward them at which time police shot and killed the victim. No BWC or security cam video can be located for verification of the police narrative.
