A vehicle crashed and nearby, a dead body was found with bullet wounds. Hamilton PD arrived at a residence where they felt the responsible man was located. Police allege that they arrived and the man pulled a gun and that they shot and killed him.
Parts of a BWC in which all vital scenes seem to be cut out were sent to TV media by police but it does not appear that police ever released unadulterated BWC or other evidence to the public.
