Open Records Summary :
Edinburgh PD were responding to a call about a man doing "donuts" with his vehicle in an open field. There was another report of a man entered a nearby residence who was highly intoxicated.He locked himself in his vehicle. Accounts by police are conflicting with bystanders who said that the victim was afraid to come out of the vehicle due to the number of surrounding officers. When he came out of the vehicle, he was shot "more than 30 times." Police claimed that it was a "suicide by cop" but family report that this was not true.
