Oregon State Police responded to an emergency call from a woman who said she had been kidnapped. As police prepared to engage the person, the woman was shot by the man, who then allegedly got in a vehicle and attempted to drive away. He allegedly fired multiple shots at officers before a police car rammed his vehicle. Police shot and killed him. The officers were all cleared by the DA.
