Spokane PD were sent to serve a court order for a previous incident. Police claim that they arrived and found that Robert Bradley had a weapon he pointed at them. Police shot and killed him.
His girlfriend tells a very different story than the police narrative outlines. She said that they had returned from a trip, were unloading rifles from a trip they had been on when he looked up and had 9 bullets fired into his body within 5 seconds of police walking up. They allege that the officer shot him without giving him any chance to respond and cooperate. He was only unloading rifles from his vehicle when instantly killed by police, according to his family. Additionally, he was hearing-impaired with hearing aids in both ears and his family feel he neither heard what officers said to him nor was he allowed to respond before he was killed.His family filed a lawsuit against the City of Spokane for inappropriate use of force.
