Salt Lake City PD responded to a call that a man had arrived in his underwear and tried to steal beer. Police arrived and following a violent struggle with at least 6 attacking officers to handcuff the victim, police held the victim and his head down to the ground until he became unresponsive and later pronounced dead. Bodycam showed three officers push him down and at least one putting most of his body weight on him for prolonged periods as he struggles to breathe and within 6 minutes of this, he stops breathing and dies.
