Appleton PD responded to a domestic violence call. Daniel Pesavento was very drunk and had just been told that his wife wanted a divorce. He allegedly put a gun to his own head and police arrived. Pesavento became agitated, went in and out of the house, pointing a gun at himself. Police shot and killed him.
