Sand City PD traffic-stopped Anthony Taylor who continued to drive. Police boxed him in and forced him to stop. He complied and showed one of his hands but was slow raising the other. Police shot and killed him and claimed that he had had a gun in his hand. Police later found a BB gun in the vehicle. Taylor had been unarmed when killed. One of the shooters had been Brian Ferrante, the Sand City police chief. All officers were cleared.
