Tim police arrived at a location near a lake where a domestic violence situation was reported. An unhoused man named Sean Bickings and his wife were fighting. Three officers chased him into a lake and allegedly watched him drown without helping him. He was unable to get out of the water without help and begged police to help him. An officer told him “I am not going in after you” before he drowned and died. His wife denies that any violence had taken place.
