Palmyra PD were is on a call that a car was disabled on the side of the road. They found a man holding a small knife. Police ordered him to put it in the car. It is not known what else transpired but the man allegedly turned around with a gun and fired a shot at them. The officer returned fire and killed Justin K. Moore.
