Our family is completely devastated and wants justice for our loved one. so far the investigation is looking like a coverup because of the killers status within the Waukegan police department . My brothers killer is yet to be processed or arrested, and she is instead being treated as a victim. Adam Shreve was a kind, loving, respectful man and there must be justice.
