Minnesota State Police and Otter Trail County deputies were involved in some sort of drug bust when they hunted Charles Bangs. He did not stop and was attacked with a PIT maneuver after which police shot and killed him. Very little has been released at this time and it is completely unclear, why he presented such a threat that made at least two lethal attacks on him until he died.
