Frank Robles allegedly, crashed into another vehicle. Police arrived and claimed that he had cuts on his wrist and had a knife. He seemed to be in some sort of mental health crisis, told police that he was “not OK” and police claim that he walked towards them with a knife. They shot and killed him.
