Gordon County deputies tried to traffic stop a vehicle. The man did not stop and police escalated a chase. Police attacked the vehicle with a PIT maneuver and fired shots into it. The man stopped and police claim that he reached for his waistband. They shot and killed him. It is unknown whether he was armed.
