Kentucky State Police and Wayne County deputies chased 36-year-old Timothy McCulley at high speeds following a theft until the intersection of Highway 914 and Highway 80 when he lost control and hit a rock embankment. He died at the scene. Two other passengers were in the car. Both were injured and hospitalized with one having been in critical condition.
