Lester Carlton Epps was on his porch with a gun behaving aggressively when Richmond PD arrived and shot and killed him. Three days prior, his wife had disappeared from a hotel. Security footage had shown him coming from the room with a luggage cart and a heavy object wrapped into blankets. Blood had also been found in the room. She was never found.
