Torrance County deputies were sent to a call about a car stuck in snow. They allege that they questioned the driver. It is unclear why. They further allege that he pulled a gun and pointed it. They shot and killed him. Police changed the story from an initial report that he had fired shots at them to him not shooting but having a gun. No BWC can be found.
