Camphill PD and North Middleton Township PD arrived at the home of Roger Wayne Ellis on Brittany Drive in North Middleton Township with an arrest warrant. He left and police escalated a car chase into Camphill where he allegedly shot an officer. Police shot and killed him when they saw that he was trying to escape, the building he was in through a window.
