Thomas Maisano was allegedly in his home in Philadelphia experiencing a mental health crisis. Philadelphia PD were called and alleged the encountered his mother outside who said he had a knife. Police found him inside with his aunt and an officer fired his taser. The man apparently became agitated and stabbed his aunt. Alexander McCord, then shot and killed him.
