Elijah Charles Morley, 22, was driving through unincorporated Anderson County when a Tennessee Highway Patrol trooper initiated a chase across multiple roads and ending with both the trooper and Morley crashing near the intersection of Mountain Road and Highway 441. Morley was pronounced dead at the scene. His passenger, Dustin died at the hospital. Police did not disclose the reasons they initiated the fatal chase.
