Responding to a disturbance call at a trailer in the Woodford Mobile Home park, officer Eric Fay, deputy Devin Groenhagen,Sgt. Bluff and officer Jereme Muller had all arrived where a man and woman were shouting. Groenhagen fired his taser while Fay fired his gun. Autopsy showed Meredith died from a single shot to the chest. Shooter officer Fay was cleared.
