Vancouver PD responded to a call about a man at a mobile home park with knives. Police state that he had set a fire to his home. Police fired 40 mm less lethal projectiles at him and finally shot and killed him. Police released heavily edited video which omitted the shooter’s BWC footage and showed only video from outside of the home.
