Vincenzo Rudi was fighting with another man and allegedly threatened him with a gun. The other mancalled Philadelphia PD. Police obtained an arrest warrant and located Rudi in the 1900 block of South Bancroft Street and amassed a SWAT presence. Police allege he fired a shot at SWAT and he was shot and killed.
