Pennsylvania troopers tried to traffic-stop a vehicle. When it did not stop, troopers escalated a chase that ended when the vehicle struck a retaining wall and tree, and crashed into several buildings before stopping in the 700 block of Washington Boulevard. Two men died in the chase crash.
