Omaha police and SWAT arrived at a residence on 78th and Reddick Avenue to arrest a 37-year-old man, foreign narcotics and weapons warrants. Police arrived and shot and killed Ford the moment they saw each other on BWC. He had been unarmed when killed.
Omaha PD ordered all SWAT team members to wear helmets with BWC cameras several days after his death.
