OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
On March 12, 2024, CBP
saw 3 men walking on Perry Mills Road. One of the migrants stated they were undocumented citizens of Bangladesh. Border Patrol agents took the three migrants to the Champlain Station and put in a holding cell. Sometime later, one of the migrants complained of chest pains. CBP claims that he declined to be transported to the hospital. Shortly after that, the man collapsed. An EMT returned and noticed that his breathing was labored and he was shaking. He became unresponsive and died.
