OPEN RECORDS SUMMARY :
Boston PD chased an allegedly stolen car until it crashed. Two teenage boys were killed and 2 more injured. The youngest of the deceased was 14.
Police exchanged comments on the radio confirming that they had discontinued the pursuit prior to crash when speeds were dangerous. Immediately after the crash, bystanders reported that several police cruisers appeared within seconds because they had been chasing the vehicle.
