Des Moines Police traffic-stopped at37-year-old man for a vehicle violation. He stopped and police claim he was uncooperative. They fired a taser at him and tried to drag him from the car. This led to a violent altercation. The man finally pulled a gun and began shooting. Police shot and killed him. Two officers were shot and injured.
