A man allegedly had a long gun in Winston-Salem. Police arrived and allege he had shot into a neighbor’s car. They shot and killed him.A neighbor later said that he was “the sweetest man” who had been having dementia issues and she attributed his confused behavior to it. Unfortunately, he was met with bullets instead of medical help.
