Shots were heard and an apartment manager of the senior center on Courtland Street was found dead. Resident David Falcon was found locked into an apartment unit with drones later. Under police standoff, he committed suicide under police duress. Falcon had a dispute with the apartment manager and said he found that she had broken into his apartment, beaten and injured his cat, requiring extensive veterinary care prior to him shooting the manager.
