A man and woman were heard arguing and police were called. Police allege they heard gunfire. The woman left the home safely and police brought SWAT that staged a standoff. Police allege the man came out of the home with a long gun. They shot and killed him.
Two of the shooter officers have killed before. Officer Barker previously killed Raymond Edwards on June 4, 2021 and killed Daniel Sheehan on July 13, 2023 while Officer Buck previously killed Aaron Martinka on March 3, 2023 and Officer Walker killed Craig Yelton on July 8, 2018.
