West Plains PD arrived at a residence to arrest Shawn Michael Clark for previous domestic charges when a crisis escalated. Police created a SWAT standoff and extricated family members, then bearing down on the residence with Clark locked inside. When police finally breached the residence, they found him dead from suicide under police duress.
