Multiple men carjacked a vehicle from a woman. Police tracked down the vehicle to an apartment complex. Several men fled but police chased one on foot who ran away. Police allege that he had a gun. Police yelled to drop the gun and he reportedly did and was shot multiple times after he had already dropped the weapon. He died. Police produced photos of several handguns with extended magazines, alleging they had been found at the crime scene.
