A 911 caller reported that a female had been stabbed multiple time in the 3300 block of Park Crest Lane on the west side of Cincinnati. Police broadcast a description of the attacker who was fleeing by vehicle. Police caught up with him near Warsaw and Enright and tried to traffic-stop him. The man pointed a handgun several times. Numerous police cars followed him to Elm and West 12

Street. The man exited the vehicle and walked near Music Hall. Police followed him and ordered him to drop the gun. Police began firing beanbag munitions at him. The man did not drop his gun. Police shot and killed him.
