Fayetteville PD arrived at the Kings Court Apartments in Ivanhoe Court to arrest a man for a homicide warrant. He locked himself in the apartment and when he came out, he was allegedly armed and police engaged him in a shootout. Police shot him. He fell and according to an eyewitness, he threw his hands up and was still alive when police walked up and fired 7-10 mire shots into him. “They finished him,” stated the eyewitness. The unnamed man died.
