Racine Police were called for a man who was seen lying on the ground on a path. When police arrived, he allegedly fired a shot toward them. Police amassed a militarized tactical response consisting of Racine County deputies, Caledonia PD officers, Mount Pleasant PD and Wisconsin State Patrol all created a standoff and shot and killed him under unclear circumstances.
