Baltimore police followed a juvenile on N. Gilmore Rd. and tried to pedestrian stop him. William Gardner instead ran away. Officer claim that he “displayed” a gun. Multiple police officers shot and killed him.
Review of the bodycam provided and linked below shows multiple officers fire deliberately lethal shots at a man running away but no gun can be seen as being pointed at police in the video.
